Tame Your Side Project Domains.
We all buy too many domains. Stop losing track of them across five different registrars. Centralize your portfolio, get automated expiration reminders, and monitor SSL certificates for the projects that actually launched.

01. Organization
The Domain Hoarder's Dilemma
If you're a developer or founder, you probably have domains scattered across Namecheap, Cloudflare, Porkbun, and Route53. Relying on inconsistent registrar emails for renewals is a recipe for disaster.
We built Domainyze to give you a single, unified view of every piece of digital real estate you own. Import your domains, tag them by project state, and let our system handle the monitoring.
- Registrar Agnostic: Track domains no matter where they are registered. We pull expiry dates directly via WHOIS/RDAP.
- Developer Webhooks: Pipe expiration and SSL alerts directly into your Discord, Slack, or custom endpoints.
- Custom Tags: Organize domains by "Active", "Abandoned", "Client", or "Side Project".
{
"event": "ssl.invalid",
"domain": "api.sideproject.com",
"data": {
"issuer": "Let's Encrypt",
"days_remaining": -1,
"status": "EXPIRED"
}
}
02. Infrastructure
Don't Let Let's Encrypt Let You Down
Automated SSL provisioning is great until the cron job fails. Nothing kills the momentum of a launch or a side project faster than a massive "Your connection is not private" warning in Chrome.
Domainyze actively connects to your live domains, verifying the actual certificate served to users. If an auto-renewal fails, you'll know immediately via email or webhook.
- Live Certificate Validation: We verify the issuer, expiration date, and chain of trust.
- DNS Change Detection: Get alerted if your A-records or Nameservers unexpectedly change, protecting against hijacking or fat-finger mistakes.
03. The Toolkit
Tools for Makers
Everything you need to manage your infrastructure without the enterprise price tag.
Centralize domains from every registrar into a single, filterable dashboard. Never rely on generic registrar emails again.
Pipe alerts for SSL failures, DNS changes, and expirations directly into your Discord, Slack, or custom APIs.
Have your eye on a cool `.dev` or `.io` domain? Add it to your watchlist and get pinged the day it becomes available.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions from founders and developers.
How is this different from a backorder service?
Backorder services try to catch domains for you, often leading to auctions and high fees. We are much simpler: we just notify you the second a domain is available for you to register yourself at the normal, standard price. No auctions, no middleman.
Do I have to buy the domain from you?
Nope! We don't sell domains. We are a notification service that empowers you to buy your dream domain from any registrar you choose, like GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.
How much will the domain cost once it's available?
You will only pay the standard registration fee from your chosen registrar, which is typically $10-$20 per year. Our service helps you completely avoid the expensive aftermarket and auction prices.
Is this really free? What's the catch?
Our free tier is genuinely free for a handful of domains—no catch. We hope that as your projects grow, you'll consider our paid plans for more domains and advanced features, but the free tier is designed to be useful for makers and hobbyists.
Do you need access to my registrar or DNS?
No. We only check public WHOIS and availability. Your registrar credentials stay with you. We never modify your domains or DNS. We just tell you when you can register at your chosen registrar.
How long does it usually take to get a domain?
It depends entirely on when the current owner lets it expire. It could be next week or next year. The key is to put it on your watchlist so you don't have to think about it. When it becomes available, you'll be ready.
I have my domain! What should I do next?
Congratulations! The next step is to choose a registrar like GoDaddy or Namecheap to purchase the domain. After that, you can look at hosting providers like Netlify, Vercel, or Ghost to build your website and set up a professional email address.
